setup and double click on the Setup.exe file located on the
Data/Eng/Installs folder on disc to start the install process as normal
without online registration.
2) During the install menu
selection process it is recommended that you uncheck any option
presented to install the Avanquest tool bar.

rendering 4:50 from Paddington in particular if using a laptop. In case
of any trouble you can try playing in windowed mode or updating your
