Shipping policy

New Zealand Domestic Shipping

All orders are shipped by courier and NZ Post courier is the main courier for shipments, though NZ Couriers and Post Haste couriers may be used on occasion. PO Box delivery is supported for all orders.

Shipping charges for orders are displayed at checkout and vary depending on whether your address is rural or urban and the service required. The standard free shipping threshold is $98 — check the site-wide announcement for the current offer. 

Orders completed by 12PM on a normal business day (Monday to Friday) will generally be shipped the same day, otherwise they will be dispatched the next business day. Orders do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Estimated delivery timeframes for each product are shown on the product page.

Tracking information will be sent to your email address when your order is processed for dispatch and when lodged for shipment.

If your order has not arrived within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact VGAMESNZ to begin enquiry processes.


International Shipping

VGAMESNZ ships to Australia using a tracked airmail postal option with most deliveries arriving between 3 to 8 business days to Australia.

Standard charges are based on a flat rate of $11 AUD to Australia 
and are displayed at checkout. Additional shipping options may be available at checkout.

For added safety, large or high value orders may be upgraded to an express mail service or Fedex International Priority for no additional charge at the discretion of VGAMESNZ.
 
Standard tracked shipments are normally delivered by your local postal authority.

 

By using VGAMESNZ you agree to pay any and all applicable duties and charges incurred in your country. 

These are not included in VGAMESNZ prices and VGAMESNZ will not under-declare shipments.

In the event of any issues with delivery please email VGAMESNZ outlining your issue.

 

Items are insured by NZ Post but please leave at least 21 work days after shipment notification to notify VGAMESNZ if items have not arrived in case of any delays within the postal network and especially during peak periods.

An investigation will be carried out by NZ Post with the assistance of your local postal authority to determine where your parcel may be.  

Your assistance may be required and sought by NZ Post or your local post office.

VGAMESNZ reserves the right to cancel any suspicious orders. In the event of any suspicion, VGAMESNZ will attempt to verify your order. Failing verification your order may be cancelled and your payment refunded.
